氣炸鍋燒豬手

材料 急凍鹹豬手2隻
調味料 白醋少許
處理
  1. 豬手,用清水解凍,去除鹹味。
  2. 解凍15分鐘後,清水沖乾淨,用廚紙索乾。
  3. 放氣炸鍋紙入氣炸鍋,用80度風乾豬手30分鐘。
  4. 過了30分鐘,反轉豬手,再用80度風乾30分鐘。
  5. 拿豬手出來,放碟上。
  6. 用叉戮在豬手上。
  7. 均勻地掃上白醋。
烹調
  1. 用180度氣炸15分鐘,看一看情況。
  2. 用200度氣炸5分鐘。
  3. 反轉豬手燒另一面,再掃上白醋,用叉戮在豬手上。
  4. 用200度氣炸20分鐘。
  5. 上碟,攤凍10分鐘,完成。
